Cosagon runs a defined 30-day equipment search against agreed technical, geographic, and commercial criteria. We organize the available documentation and present candidates that pass those documentary search criteria.

$500 begins the search. A $750 result fee is due only if Cosagon presents one or more candidates that pass the agreed documentary search criteria. The fee is for the search and candidate research, not for the equipment purchase.

There is no result fee. You receive a search summary showing which criteria the reviewed machines did not meet, and Cosagon continues monitoring for another 30 days.

A candidate must pass the agreed search criteria based on the information available at review. The candidate file distinguishes supplied documents, seller statements, estimates, partial records, and matters that still require independent checks.

No. Cosagon does not certify condition, meter accuracy, ownership, liens, safety, or suitability. The buyer decides whether to commission an independent inspection and any other professional review before purchasing.

The buyer purchases directly from the seller. Buyer and seller negotiate and contract directly, while qualified independent parties handle inspection, lien review, escrow, financing, and freight when needed. Cosagon does not take title or possession of purchase funds.

Our focus is compact earthmoving, material handling, and selected access and lifting equipment where configuration, records, condition, and freight materially affect the purchase.

Yes, if the equipment may fit an active buyer requirement. Cosagon reviews submissions against active searches and does not operate a general listing or consignment service.
